Terms & Conditions (the Agreement)
These Terms & Conditions govern ("Terms"، "the Agreement") Your use of the Mukhtasarat applications on mobile phones ("the app") and the Mukhtasarat website ("the site"). By accessing or using the app, the site, or any of the services, products, or content provided by Mukhtasarat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Mukhtasarat is owned and operated by Wise Leaders Limited ("We"، "to us"، "ours" or "Wise Leaders Limited"). By using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
- Acceptance of these Terms
- By accessing and/or using any part of Mukhtasarat's services or products, you agree that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Wise Leaders LTD. You also agree that these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of the Service.
- Your access to and/or use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. By accessing or using any part of Mukhtasarat's services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement, you may not access the Service.
- Changes to these Terms
(2.1) We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time. For example, we may need to change these Terms if we introduce a new feature.
(2.2) If we make changes, we will notify you by modifying the date at the top of these Terms, and in some cases, we will provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to the site or displaying a notice when you first open an updated version of the app). We encourage you to review the Terms of Service periodically to stay informed of our practices.
(2.3) Whenever we make changes to these Terms, they become effective upon posting the modified Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please refrain from using the Service and delete the app from your device.
- Privacy Policy
Your privacy and your ability to control your personal data are very important to us. Any personal information you provide to(Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of that information. You understand that by your use (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT), you agree to the collection and use (as described in the Privacy Policy) of this information and content, including its transfer to other countries for storage, processing, and use by us.

(4.1) will (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) by providing a mobile app and a website that allow you to read and listen to book summaries from text and audio content on your device.
(4.2) The extent of the platform's content and the options available for use depend ("the License") on the type of account you have chosen. There is a difference between a free account, a paid subscription, a free trial, and the purchase of premium content. In terms of duration, the license is limited to the validity period of the free account / paid subscription / free trial.
(4.3) You may also use the paid functions of the Service to benefit from the various enhanced functions of the Service or to purchase the items offered for sale through the Service.
(4.4) Registration. If you wish to use certain features of the Service, you must create an account ("account") through "the app" or the website.
(4.5) It is important that you provide us with accurate and up-to-date information for your account, and you agree to update this information to keep it accurate and current. You agree that you will not disclose your account password or share it with anyone, and you will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether you are aware of them or not.
(4.6) If you do not use a paid service, (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) displaying promotional information to you on the platform.
- Purchases
(5.1) Fees.
Subscription plans
The app provides Mukhtasarat two subscription plans for access to premium content:
- Premium Subscription: 9.99 US dollars per month or 99.99 US dollars per year
- Basic Subscription: 4.99 US dollars per month or 49.99 US dollars per year
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The subscription amount will be charged from the account Apple ID your account upon purchase confirmation.
You can manage or cancel the subscription from your account settings on App Store at any time after purchase.
- License agreement
(6.1) grants you (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right of access and use. You may use the app only on a device you control, and as permitted by the applicable usage rules established by the manufacturer of your device or by the market in which we made the app available. The terms of this license govern any upgrades provided by (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) that replace or supplement the original app, unless those upgrades are accompanied by a separate license.
(6.2) Your right to use the Service does not include any of the following, which is expressly prohibited:
((a) modifying or making any derivative uses of the Service or any part of it;
((b) using any data-mining tools, robots, or similar data-collection methods, or downloading (other than page caching) any part of the Service;
((c) attempting to access areas/features of the Service that you are not entitled to access;
((d) engaging in any activity that threatens the security of the Service;
((e) reverse-engineering or accessing the Service to build a competing product or service;
((f) using the Service in any way that may harm, disable, or overburden the performance of the Service;
((g) using the Service for unintended purposes or in a manner that violates the terms of this Agreement.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of these prohibited activities. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your right to access the Service. In cases of copyright or other rights infringement, you may be subject to legal liability.
- Intellectual property rights
(7.1) The design and content of(Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT), including text, audio, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, andHTML, source code and object code, and interactive features, are owned by (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT)، or licensed to it, protected under copyright and other intellectual property rights.
(7.2) offers (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) the Service to you "as is" for your personal use only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to(Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT). You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any part of the Service except as authorized.
- Eligibility for the Service
To use the Service, you must meet the following criteria:
(أ) You must be of legal age to form a binding contract with Wise Leaders LTD. If you are a minor, you may register only if you are at least fourteen years old and have the consent of your legal representatives. (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) the right to request proof of your identity and age.
(ب) You must have full authority to enter into this Agreement, ensuring that it does not violate any other agreements or laws applicable to you.
(ج) You must not currently be prohibited from using (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT).
- Content
(9.1) Content refers to any video, audio, or text material provided to you through the Service.
(9.2) It is not possible for(Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) guaranteeing that you will not be exposed to inaccurate, improper, offensive, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for taking the necessary precautions, and the company Wise Leaders LTD responsible for any damages resulting from the content used.
(9.3) may include (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) Third-party content may infringe rights without our knowledge. We disclaim any liability for damages resulting from such content.
(9.4) If you believe that any content infringes your rights or is inappropriate, please notify us at [email protected].
- Suspension/Termination
(10.1) We may suspend or terminate your rights to the Service if you breach any of these Terms, for any reason, at our sole discretion, without incurring any liability and without acknowledgment of fault. This may include restricting your access to the app.
(10.2) In the event of suspension or termination, we will not be liable for any loss of content related to your use of(Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) . We are not obligated to restore content or re-enable access at any time.
(10.3) If your rights are suspended or terminated, you agree not to use the Service until access is re-enabled.
(10.4) All terms of this Agreement will survive termination or suspension.
- Access and security
(11.1) You can access (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) through the site account or by downloading the app on your mobile device.
(11.2) to ensure the use of (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) In accordance with these Terms, you agree to:
((a) not allowing others to use an installation (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) on your device or your site account;
((b) bearing responsibility for any action taken through an installation (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) on your device or via your site account;
((c) maintaining the security of your account and device, and accepting all risks related to unauthorized access;
((d) refraining from using other users' accounts or installations (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) their own.
- Streaming notification services
After downloading the app, we may request your consent to use streaming notification services. It is strongly recommended that you allow app notifications for it to work properly. We will use streaming notifications in two different ways:
(12.1) Silent streaming notifications: We use what are called "Silent streaming notifications" to push the daily playlists of(Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) to your device automatically when you are connected to the network. These notifications activate background playlist synchronization to ensure that you are always up to date. These notifications will not be displayed in your feed or trigger an alert.
(12.2) Regular streaming notifications: If you give us your consent, you will receive streaming notifications, such as if there is new content waiting for you, or if there is other news about the app such as new features. You can disable these notifications and re-enable them at any time by changing the notification settings in the app, without affecting the settings for silent push notifications.
(12.3) You can disable all notifications and re-enable them at any time by changing the notification settings on your device.
- Consent to electronic communications
(13.1) By using the Service, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically about administrative, security, and other matters relating to your use of the Service.
. (13.2) You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirements for communication, including that such communications be in writing.
(13.3) To withdraw your consent to receive electronic notifications, please notify us at [email protected].
- Modifications to the Service
(14.1) We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, improve, modify, or discontinue the Service and/or any features, information, materials, or content on the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you.
(14.2) You agree that Wise Leaders LTD will not be liable for any modification or discontinuation of the Service or its content or any part thereof.
(14.3) We continuously update our product and service offerings. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service or in our advertisements on other websites. The information on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable on the Service, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Service. Therefore, we reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
- Third-party rights
(15.1) You also agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms, including the Terms of Service of the store Apple, and the store's Terms of Service Google Play, and the Terms of Service of any third party that hosts the content streamed to the app. You acknowledge and agree that the availability of (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) and its content depends on these third parties.
(15.2) You agree that the app usage rules are subject to any additional restrictions set out in the usage rules of any applicable third-party Terms of Service.
(15.3) In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of a third party's Terms of Service and the terms and conditions of these Terms, the terms and conditions of the third party's Terms of Service will prevail if they are more restrictive.
- Comments
We welcome and encourage you to provide comments, feedback, or suggestions for the Service. By submitting ideas, videos, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Comments") to us, you acknowledge and agree to:
- that your comments do not contain confidential information or proprietary rights;
- that the company Wise Leaders LTD is not bound by any confidentiality obligation, express or implied, with respect to the comments;
- that the company Wise Leaders LTD has the right to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) these comments for any purpose, in any manner, and in any media worldwide;
- We may have something similar to the comments under consideration or development;
- that you have irrevocably assigned to Wise Leaders LTD all rights related to your comments;
- that you are not eligible for any compensation or refund of any kind from Wise Leaders LTD under any circumstances.
- Disclaimer of warranties
(17.1) The Service and any other services or content included in or made available to you through the Service are provided on an "as is" or "subject to availability" without any representations or warranties of any kind. We hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, oral or written, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) will be free of errors or that access to it will be continuous or uninterrupted.
(17.2) We disclaim any and all other warranties and representations, whether express or implied, oral or written, with respect to the Service and the content included in or made available to you through the Service, whether alleged to arise by law, by custom or usage in trade, or through the course of dealing or otherwise.
- Important disclaimer
(18.1) The site/app contains summaries based on key insights from fiction and non-fiction books. The information provided within the summaries is for educational purposes only. We do not offer or provide any kind of medical advice or any other health service, including, but not limited to, any test, diagnosis, or assessment related to mental health. - Limitation of liability
(19.1) You understand that, when uploading or obtaining content or services through (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) at your own risk.
(19.2) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wise Leaders Limited and its affiliates, employees, agents, partners, or licensors be liable in any case for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, or any other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including, but not limited to, any defamatory, offensive, or unlawful conduct by users or third parties; (c) any content obtained from, included in, or made available to you through the Service; and (d) unauthorized access or use, or alteration of your communications or content, regardless of the form of action, whether based on warranty, strict liability, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or were aware of their possibility, and even if the remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. The above limitations of liability shall not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, nor in cases of death or personal injury and other cases prohibited under applicable law. Some countries do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability in contracts with consumers and, as a result, the contents of this section may not apply to you. If the above limitations are unenforceable, you agree that the liability of Wise Leaders Limited toward you under these Terms does not exceed the total amount paid by you to Wise Leaders Limited. (18.3) To the extent that the liability of Wise Leaders Limited, the same applies to the personal liability of the employees of Wise Leaders Limited and its representatives and agents.
- Indemnification
If any third party brings a claim against us relating to (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of the rights of any third party (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights); (d) your content; or (e) your complaint relating to any third-party content, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from all costs, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees and costs) relating to that claim.
- Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Subject to the dispute resolution procedures there, all disputes arising out of or relating to the contractual relationship shall be settled exclusively by the court at the location of the office of Wise Leaders Limited's registered office, namely in Dublin, Ireland.
For the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, the European Union has established an online dispute resolution platform (“platform OS”) can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The platform serves as a contact point for out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online agreements. In accordance with consumer dispute resolution law, Wise Leaders Limited that it is not obligated and does not wish to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
- Waiver
(22.1) The failure of any party to insist on the strict performance of any provision of this or any agreement, or to exercise any right or remedy to which it is entitled hereunder, does not constitute a waiver of it, nor does it reduce the obligations under this or any agreement.
(22.2) No waiver of any provision of this or any agreement is effective unless expressly authorized in writing and signed by both parties.
- Assignment and transfer of rights
(23.1) You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Agreement. Any purported assignment or delegation will be ineffective. We may assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the Agreement freely, in whole or in part, without notice to you. We may also substitute, by unilateral notice, after notifying you, Wise Leaders Limited with any third party that assumes our rights and duties under this Agreement.
(23.2) You acknowledge and confirm that we have the right to assign and transfer all rights and obligations arising out of or relating to these Terms to any other legal entity that may continue to operate (Mukhtasarat MUKHTASARAT) and to provide related services in the future.
- Entire agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the entire and exclusive agreement between Wise Leaders Limited and you with respect to the Services (except for any services for which you have a separate agreement with Wise Leaders Limited, which are expressly additional to or in place of these Terms), and these Terms supersede and cancel any previous agreements between Wise Leaders Limited and you concerning the Services.
- Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the unenforceable provision will be modified so as to make it enforceable and effective to the maximum extent possible in order to achieve the intent of the provision; and if a court or arbitrator finds the modified provision to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected in any way.
